HND STATISTICS
Koforidua Technical University which was established in the year 1997. The University , which was founded with the vision of producing high-level, career-focused and skilled manpower to support the country’s industrial growth, has since 1999 turned out graduates with Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply Statistics and Computer Science.

SSSCE/WASSCE APPLICANTS
- SSSCE Applicants
- Passes (A-D) in three (3) core subjects namely English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies plus credit passes in three (3) relevant elective subjects which must include Physics or Elective Mathematics.
- WASSCE Applicants
- Passes (A1-D7) in three (3) core subjects namely English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies plus credit passes in three (3) relevant elective subjects which must include Physics or Elective Mathematics.
The aggregate of the six (6) subjects must not exceed 24 for SSSCE and 39 for WASSCE
GBCE/ ‘O’/A’LEVEL/ABCE Applicants

- At least five (5) GBCE /GCE‘O’-Level credit passes or five (5) GBCE passes including English Language, Mathematics and additional Mathematics or Physics plus a minimum of two (2) GCE ‘A’ level/ABCE passes excluding General Paper.
- TEACHER’S CERTIFICATE.
- Applicant must have Three-Year Post-Secondary Certificate or Four Year Certificate ‘A’ with a minimum of two (2) years teaching experience, plus three (3) GCE O-Level or SSSCE/WASSCE passes which must include English Language, Mathematics and Additional Mathematics.
- ABCE (RSA III) Applicants
- Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE)/(RSA III) plus GBCE/RSA II or 5 GCE O’ Level credit including English, Mathematics and Additional Mathematics.
- DBS Statistics Applicants
- Four (4) DBS (Statistics option) passes (including Statistics) plus passes in Mathematics, English and Science or Social Studies/ Life Skills at GCE O’ Level, SSSCE or WASSCE.
- ISSER Certificate
- ISSER Certificate in Statistics plus passes in Mathematics, English Language and Science at GCE O’ Level, SSSCE/WASSCE
Mature Applicants

- Applicants must be twenty-five (25) years old and must show proof of age with birth certificate or any legitimate documentary proof of date of birth which is twenty-five (5) years old at the time of application.
- Must pass a written test in English Language, Mathematics and General Knowledge to be conducted by the Koforidua Technical University.
